Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 2026
Cousinboston Floor Coating wants cousinboston.living to work well for everyone, including visitors with disabilities. This page describes what we do toward that goal. It is a general template, not legal advice.
The Benchmark We Follow
Our aim is to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. It is a widely used standard for accessible websites.
What We Do
Our efforts include:
- Clear headings, in a sensible order, on every page
- Alternative text on images that carry meaning
- Easy-to-read type with strong color contrast
- Navigation and forms that work with a keyboard
- Layouts that adjust to phones, tablets and desktops
- Short sentences and everyday words
- Clearly labeled form fields
Where We Still Fall Short
Some parts of the site may not fully meet these guidelines yet. Certain third-party tools or embedded content are also outside our control. We review the site from time to time and fix problems when we find them.
Other Ways to Get Help
If something on the site is hard to use, you have other options. Request a callback to speak with a provider, or email contact@cousinboston.living and we will help where we can.
Report a Barrier
We want to hear about any trouble you run into. Email contact@cousinboston.living and tell us:
- Which page or feature caused the problem
- What you tried to do and what happened instead
- The browser, device or assistive tool you used, if you know it
We will look into it and try to reply within a few business days.
Ongoing Work
Accessibility is never finished. We will keep improving the site as it changes.
Tell us what happened
Tell us about your garage or concrete floor. Independent providers in our network will reach out with options. There is no obligation to hire anyone.
