Terms of Use for This Referral Site

Last updated: October 2026

These terms cover how you use cousinboston.living and the referral service Cousinboston Floor Coating offers through it. If you browse the site, call its phone number or send a form, you accept them. This is a general template, not legal advice.

What We Do

Cousinboston Floor Coating is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent epoxy, polyaspartic and concrete floor coating providers. We do not sell coatings, prepare or coat floors, or repair concrete. We are also not a party to any deal you make with a provider.

Providers Stand on Their Own

The providers you meet through us are independent companies. Each one is solely responsible for its quotes, prices, scheduling, products, workmanship, warranties, licenses, insurance and conduct. We do not employ, supervise or direct providers. We make no promise about when they are available, how fast they work, or how the job turns out.

Before you hire anyone, check credentials, ask for proof of insurance and get a written estimate.

General Information Only

The content here is general information. It is not professional, legal, financial or engineering advice. Any cost figures are typical U.S. ranges that shift from job to job, and none of them is a quote. Confirm the details with a qualified provider.

Using the Site Fairly

Give accurate information, use the site lawfully, and do not disrupt it. Do not try to get into any area you are not authorized to open.

Calls, Texts and Emails

When you call or send a form, you agree that we and the provider we refer you to may reach you about your request by phone, text or email. Calls may be logged or recorded for quality and billing. To stop further contact, email contact@cousinboston.living.

Who Owns What

The site's content and design belong to Cousinboston Floor Coating or to the parties who license them to us. You need our permission before copying or reusing them for commercial purposes.

Limits on Liability

To the extent the law allows, Cousinboston Floor Coating is not responsible for loss or damage tied to your use of the site, to any provider's products or services, or to any agreement between you and a provider. The site is offered "as is", with no warranties.

Changes

We may revise these terms at any time. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new version.
