How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Homeowners who contact Cousinboston Floor Coating deserve fair treatment. If something goes wrong, we want to know. This page shows how to raise a concern and what to expect afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
Reach out if you have a concern about:
- A call or message you had with Cousinboston Floor Coating
- How we handled or protected your personal data
- Anything on the site that looks wrong or confusing
- The conduct of a provider we referred you to
If the Problem Is a Provider
Providers in our network are independent companies. Each one sets its own quotes, prices, products, warranties and customer care. If you are unhappy with a floor coating job, raise it with the provider in writing first. Keep copies of everything you send.
Please tell us too. Your feedback helps keep the network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Cousinboston Floor Coating cannot settle contract disputes, process warranty claims, refund a provider's charges or act on a provider's behalf.
How to Send a Complaint
Email contact@cousinboston.living and include:
- Your name and contact details
- The date you reached us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's company name, if you know it
- A short account of what happened and what outcome you want
What Happens Next
We will confirm by email that we received your complaint, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into it. That may mean talking with the provider. After that, we will tell you what we found and what we plan to do.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If our answer does not settle things, write back and ask for a second review. You may also contact your state attorney general, your state consumer protection office, or the Better Business Bureau in your area. If the provider is a licensed contractor, your state licensing board may be able to help as well.
