Cousinboston Floor Coating is a referral service. We hear from homeowners in St. Louis and the St. Louis area who want help with garage and concrete floors. We connect them with independent providers. We do not hire staff or place workers on jobs. This page is for contractors who run their own business and want more homeowner requests. We cannot promise any set volume.

Who Fits Our Network

You may be a good fit if you:

• Run an independent business doing epoxy garage floors, polyaspartic coatings or concrete coating.
• Work on older homes and can handle surprises like past patches, frost cracks and old sealers.
• Check moisture and prep the slab before you coat.
• Explain your work in plain language.
• Also handle related flooring work, such as repair or hardwood flooring installation. This is a plus, not a must.

What We Expect

• Hold any license, permit and insurance your area requires.
• Look at the floor before you quote.
• Put scope, prep steps and price in writing.
• Treat homeowners fairly and without pressure.
• Be honest about what a coating can and cannot fix.
• Respect that homeowners will compare estimates.
